Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English with advanced French and German language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to clients via phone, ticketing system, and live chat through account opening.
• Validate documentation for new account openings under European regulations.
• Communicate with clients, sales reps and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Perform AML and KYC checks by cross-referencing databases.
• Ensure onboarding steps comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a professional, client-focused attitude in all communications.
