Job summary

Anthropos in Chiasso, Switzerland is seeking its first marketing hire to own and drive the entire marketing function. You will write copy, ship campaigns, run events, and analyze data, partnering closely with the CEO and sales team. This operator role requires a hands-on, results‑driven mindset in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will shape demand generation, content and brand, SEO/GEO efforts, and measurement, building repeatable processes that can scale into a team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Years of generalist marketing in startups across demand gen, content, events and product marketing.
• You are extremely operational and results-driven, delivering fast.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and run demand generation campaigns that feed the sales pipeline.
• Own the brand, content, and public presence (website, blog, LinkedIn, emails, sales materials).
• Plan and run events, conferences, and executive dinners end to end.
• Measure performance, report on what works, kill what doesn't, and iterate quickly.
• Create repeatable marketing processes that can scale into a team.
