Klarent is hiring a Founding Marketing Manager in Switzerland to own marketing end-to-end, including social media, events, paid ads, SEO, and AEO/GEO. You'll set strategy, build channels, and shape how Klarent appears to engineering and QA leaders. This is a rare chance to build the marketing function from the ground up with the founders.

You will lead and mentor a growing team, starting with a Marketing Associate, and measure pipeline impact across channels to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing experience across multiple channels (SaaS/devtools preferred).
• Demonstrated SEO growth through strategy, content, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on AEO/GEO optimization experience for AI-driven search/tools.
• Experience planning and optimizing LinkedIn and Google paid campaigns.
• Brand-building via social media and event execution.
• Ability to set strategy and write as a founder would.
• Excellent written English with clear technical product communication.

• Own the Marketing Strategy: define positioning and channel mix.
• Lead Social Media: build presence on LinkedIn and others.
• Run Events: plan, execute, and follow up on conferences and webinars.
• Drive SEO: manage keyword research, content, and technical SEO.
• Own AEO/GEO: ensure accurate AI-driven representations.
• Run Paid Campaigns: plan, launch, optimize, and report.
• Build the Team: mentor marketing staff as the function grows.
• Measure What Matters: track pipeline impact and optimize.
