SaveSpace in Zürich seeks a founding marketer to build an AI-forward marketing function aiming to scale to €10M+ ARR. This is not a traditional role; you will operate as an exceptional one-person team using AI agents, automation, and sharp positioning.

You’ll own the 1-to-many growth engine: brand authority, demand generation, content, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing. For 6–12 months you’ll work solo, with a clear path to building and leading a team as we scale.

Qualifikationen

We've reached product-market fit and are backed by leading investors and operators from across the industry. We have the product, the proof, and strong customer demand. Now we need the marketing engine to match.

The opportunity is huge. Storage is one of the last major offline categories in Europe, and the market is still 10 to 20 years behind the US. If you've ever looked at a company and thought "the product is this good and almost nobody knows it exists yet,", this is that company.

The Role

As Founding Marketer, your mission is to build an AI-forward marketing function that helps SaveSpace scale to €10M+ ARR. This is not a traditional marketing role. We want one exceptional operator using AI agents, automation, and sharp positioning to do the work of a small team.

You’ll own the 1-to-many growth engine: brand authority, demand generation, content, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing. For the first 6 to 12 months you’ll run this mostly on your own, with a clear path to building and leading a team as we scale.

What You’ll Build

The goal is to build the leading digital storage platform in Europe.

You're responsible for:

• Own and optimize SaveSpace’s growth engine across website, conversion, tracking, lead quality, CRM handover, referrals, reviews, and lifecycle marketing.

• Build SaveSpace’s brand and category leadership through clear positioning, proprietary market insights, customer stories, and partnerships.

• Own the customer-facing UX and brand experience across our website, booking flows, landing pages, campaigns, and other key touchpoints, working closely with product and engineering.

• Create content and creative assets that directly support case studies, sales materials, and social media.

• Build a scalable marketing system through reusable templates, messaging frameworks, automation, and the effective use of external designers, copywriters, creators, and specialists.

Qualifications and Skills

What You Bring

• Experience as the #1 or #2 marketing hire at a D2C startup, ideally one with a platform or marketplace dynamic like ours.

• Evidence you’ve shipped agentic AI workflows in production, not just prompting or experimenting. Think outbound research agents, enrichment funnels, programmatic content systems, lifecycle automation, custom GPTs, Claude projects, Clay workflows, Lindy agents, n8n automations, or similar.

• Strong content ability across positioning, landing pages, and social media.

• Strong demand-generation instincts across inbound, outbound support, events, lifecycle, and conversion.

• Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work.

• Fluent German and English, as most customer-facing communication and brand building will initially focus on the DACH market.
