Job summary

Anthropos is hiring its first marketing lead to own and build the function from the ground up in Chiasso. You will work directly with the founder and the sales team to grow pipeline, brand, and revenue through hands-on campaigns, content, events, and measurement.

The role is highly operational: you will write copy, ship campaigns, run events, and analyze data to drive decisions. Fluency in English is a must; Italian is a plus in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, operator mindset with experience in startups across demand gen, content, events, and product marketing.
• Operates with speed, ownership, and measurable results.
• Heavy use of Claude Code or similar AI tools is expected.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup with high accountability.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and run demand generation campaigns to feed the sales pipeline.
• Grow organic presence via SEO and AI-assisted discovery.
• Plan and execute conferences, dinners, and events end to end.
• Shape content and branding across website, blog, LinkedIn, and emails.
• Measure performance, report learnings, and scale successful channels.
• Build repeatable processes and contribute to building a team.
