Job summary

Custodos in Switzerland seeks a self-starting sales professional to win the first customers and help grow the early-stage sales team.

You will be the first person in sales, owning the full process from discovery to close, and shaping the sales playbook while bringing customer feedback into product development.

Qualifications

• B2B sales with quota and proven track record.
• Experience with SMEs, fiduciaries or law firms.
• German C1 or higher; Swiss German preferred; confident English.
• French knowledge for Romandy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Win the first customers via outbound, inbound and network.
• Help build the sales playbook and process.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.

• Seat-based licences: €15 to €90 a month (price list in euros)
• Own the full cycle, from discovery to close
• Help build the sales playbook
• Bring customer feedback straight into the product

Your profile

• Several years of B2B sales with your own quota
• Experience with SMEs, fiduciaries or law firms
• German C1 or above, Swiss German preferred, confident English
• Plus: French for Romandy
