Job summary

Custodos, a Swiss startup, seeks an SDR/BDR to start conversations with Swiss customers and fill the sales calendar.

You will reach new clients by phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify needs in the first call and book meetings for the sales team, while researching target accounts and logging every interaction in the CRM.

This permanent, full-time role is remote in Switzerland, with base pay plus commission and early exposure to the founders.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, cold outreach or on the phone.
• German C1 or above; Swiss German preferred; confident English.
• French for Romandy is a plus.
