Job summary

You will manage guest amenities, replenish housekeeping pantries, and collaborate closely with Laundry/Linen, Front Office, Concierge, Room Service and Florist, delivering welcoming service in line with the group's expectations.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing departure rooms
• Cleaning and refreshing stayover rooms
• Managing guest amenities for the rooms assigned to her
• Maintaining and replenishing housekeeping pantries
• Working closely and communicating effectively with the various hotel departments, including Laundry/Linen, Front Office, Concierge, Room Service and Florist
• Working closely and communicating effectively with the Floor Supervisors and the Executive Housekeeper
• Welcoming and interacting with guests in accordance with the hospitality standards of a five-star hotel and the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group
