Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Group in Geneva is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to clean and prepare departure rooms along with refreshing stayover rooms. You will manage guest amenities, replenish housekeeping pantries, and collaborate with Laundry/Linen, Front Office, Concierge, Room Service and Florist to uphold five‑star standards.

The role involves interacting with guests in line with the hotel’s hospitality standards and the Mandarin Oriental Group expectations.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing departure rooms
• Cleaning and refreshing stayover rooms
• Managing guest amenities for the rooms assigned to her
• Maintaining and replenishing housekeeping pantries
• Working closely and communicating effectively with the various hotel departments, including Laundry/Linen, Front Office, Concierge, Room Service and Florist
• Working closely and communicating effectively with the Floor Supervisors and the Executive Housekeeper
• Welcoming and interacting with guests in accordance with the hospitality standards of a five-star hotel and the expectations of the Mandarin Oriental Group
