Flink is seeking its first brand & marketing hire to shape how we show up in the world. You will own look and feel, run flink.so, and build our social presence with robot-focused content.

You will work directly with the CEO and team, have freedom to set the tone, and help attract top engineers. Junior profiles welcome.

This role blends creative direction with hands-on design, storytelling and campaigns across website, events and employer branding, in Zürich.

Qualifikationen

• A strong eye for design and visuals: you know what looks great.
• Creativity and ideas of your own: you don't wait for a brief to start making things
• Hands-on skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and comfort creating content for social media
• A portfolio that shows your taste: professional, freelance, student or side projects all count
• Organisational talent: you can juggle an event, a website update and a video shoot in the same week
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Curiosity about technology and robotics: you don't need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what we build
• First experience in branding, marketing, design or communications (internships count)

Aufgaben

• Own our look and feel. Evolve and guard Flink's visual identity.
• Run our website. Keep flink.so fresh, fast and on-message: new pages, news, job posts, visuals.
• Build our social presence. Plan and create content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Run marketing campaigns. Turn our story into campaigns with the Growth team on goals, audiences and channels.
• Tell our story visually. Create or coordinate photos, videos, graphics and animations of our robots and technology.
• Organise events. Plan trade fairs, demo days, meetups and team events.
• Make our space amazing. Shape office and workshop look and vibe.
• Strengthen our employer brand. Help attract top engineers with careers page and recruiting content.
• Bring the brand inside. Build team culture through internal comms and onboarding touches.
