Flink Robotics, a Zurich-based deep tech startup, is looking for its first Brand & Marketing hire to shape how the company presents itself to the world. You will own the visual identity, website content, and social presence while collaborating closely with the CEO and Growth team.

You will drive campaigns, create visual content, and help build a compelling employer brand to attract top engineers and partners. Join a hands-on team with real ownership from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Strong eye for design and visuals.
• Creativity and ideas of your own.
• Hands-on skills in design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and comfort creating content for social media.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Curiosity about technology and robotics; interest in understanding what we build.
• First experience in branding, marketing, design or communications (internships count).

Aufgaben

• Own our look and feel: evolve and guard visual identity and ensure consistency.
• Run our website: keep flink.so fresh, fast and on-message; manage pages, news, and visuals.
• Build our social presence: plan and create content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Run marketing campaigns: own the creative and messaging with Growth team.
• Tell our story visually: coordinate photos, videos, graphics and animations.
• Organise events: plan and run trade fairs, meetups, demos and team events.
• Make our space amazing: shape office and workshop aesthetics for visitors.
• Strengthen employer brand: attract top engineers through careers content and ads.
• Bring the brand inside: support internal comms and onboarding touches.
