Zusammenfassung

Flink Robotics, based in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking a Growth Associate Intern to join the commercial team and help scale our autonomous robots in the market. You will work directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives, investor materials, and partnership outreach.

You will also take ownership of operational tasks that come with scaling a VC-backed startup, support talent management and hiring, and research new markets and events to pursue.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
• Recent graduate or student (minimum 4th semester of Bachelor's).
• First experience in strategy consulting, a startup environment, or logistics is a plus.

Flink Robotics is a fast-paced startup, out of ETH Zurich's Computational Robotics Lab, building autonomous robots that can handle any item, including ones they've never seen before. We're revolutionising material handling, from stacking boxes to sorting parcels and unloading goods.

We are looking for a Growth Associate Intern to join our commercial team and help scale our robots in the market.

Starting date: as soon as possible

Who you are

• Eager to join a VC-backed startup and take on real responsibility from the start

• Passionate about robotics: bridging technology and commercial applications

• Proactive, curious and a clear communicator (fluent English, German is a strong plus)

• Highly motivated and open to a wide range of different tasks

What you bring

• A motivated and driven recent graduate or student (minimum 4th Semester of Bachelor's)

• First experience in strategy consulting, a startup environment, or logistics is a plus

• Able to navigate and work structured in a fast-changing environment
