Flink Robotics is seeking a Growth Associate Intern to join our commercial team and help scale our autonomous robotics solutions in the market. You will work directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives, from investor materials to partnership outreach, and take ownership of operational tasks essential to scaling a startup.

We value proactive, curious individuals who communicate clearly, are fluent in English, and ideally have German language skills.

Qualifikationen

• Passionate about robotics: bridging technology and commercial applications.
• Proactive and clear communicator.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
• Minimum 4th Semester of Bachelor's; recent graduate or student.
• Experience in strategy consulting, a startup environment, or logistics is a plus.

Flink Robotics is a fast-paced startup, out of ETH Zurich's Computational Robotics Lab, building autonomous robots that can handle any item, including ones they've never seen before. We're revolutionising material handling, from stacking boxes to sorting parcels and unloading goods.

We are looking for a Growth Associate Intern to join our commercial team and help scale our robots in the market.

Starting date: as soon as possible

Who you are

• Eager to join a VC-backed startup and take on real responsibility from the start

• Passionate about robotics: bridging technology and commercial applications

• Proactive, curious and a clear communicator (fluent English, German is a strong plus)

• Highly motivated and open to a wide range of different tasks

What you bring

• A motivated and driven recent graduate or student (minimum 4th Semester of Bachelor's)

• First experience in strategy consulting, a startup environment, or logistics is a plus

• Able to navigate and work structured in a fast-changing environment
