Flink Robotics is seeking a Growth Associate Intern to join our commercial team and help scale our autonomous robotics solutions in the market. You will work directly with the founding team on strategic initiatives, from investor materials to partnership outreach, and take ownership of operational tasks essential to scaling a startup.

We value proactive, curious individuals who communicate clearly, are fluent in English, and ideally have German language skills.

Qualifikationen

• Eager to join a VC-backed startup and take on real responsibility from the start.
• Passionate about robotics: bridging technology and commercial applications.
• Proactive and clear communicator.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
• Minimum 4th Semester of Bachelor's; recent graduate or student.
• Experience in strategy consulting, a startup environment, or logistics is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work with the founding team on strategic initiatives and investor materials.
• Take ownership of operational and administrative work for scaling a startup.
• Support talent management and hiring across open roles.
• Research and evaluate new markets, customers, and industry events worth pursuing.
• Assist with planning and logistics for company events and initiatives.
