Siemens Building Products – Fire Safety is seeking a Release Manager to coordinate end-to-end releases across software and hardware, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and regulatory compliance. Based in Zug, Switzerland, you will work with Product Managers and Agile teams to align plans and manage dependencies.

You will develop release strategies, track KPIs, and ensure governance, risk management, and deployment readiness while fostering cross-functional collaboration and continuous process

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in release management for embedded software/hardware, preferably in safety-critical environments.
• Experience with fire safety or building management systems is valued.
• Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within scope with regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate end-to-end releases from concept to launch across software and hardware.
