Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in hardware platform engineering, embedded systems, or product development.
• Proven success in leading complex cross-functional engineering programs.
• Strong knowledge of MCU/MPU architectures, PCB development, and embedded hardware systems.
• Experience with component lifecycle management, BOM analysis, supplier management, and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of Design for Excellence (DFX) principles and engineering standardization.
• Experience in program and project management.
• PMP, PMI-RMP, Scrum, Product Owner, or related certifications are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead hardware platform strategy and delivery across business units.
• Own end-to-end platform delivery, including design validation and production release.
• Drive supply chain optimization and component risk reduction.
• Develop governance, documentation, and reporting for platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and external partners.
