SICPA SA in Switzerland seeks a very experienced Technical Coordinator (Software / Automation) to drive validation of industrial software and automation solutions for coding machines. You will coordinate releases, plan validation activities, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, improve validation tooling, and contribute to Java software development. The role requires a software engineering background, strong communication, and hands-on problem solving

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on software development experience in industrial/technical environments.
• Strong delivery-driven experience with timelines, priorities, risks.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage dependencies.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and drive validation of industrial software and automation solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor validation and release activities for customer-specific customizations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints; replan as needed.
• Investigate technical dependencies with development, QA, deployment, and operations teams.
• Plan and execute validation to ensure readiness and on-time delivery.
• Maintain a transparent status of ongoing validation activities.
• Improve validation processes and tooling for software release validation.
• Promote continuous improvement to simplify processes and solutions.
• Contribute to software development in Java.
• Provide office and lab support including validation, commissioning, and operational support.
