Zusammenfassung

myPOS is expanding its partnerships team in Europe and is seeking a Partner Relationships Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic partners in Switzerland. You will be the commercial owner, drive partner activation, and collaborate with marketing and central teams to accelerate merchant acquisition and revenue growth.

Fluency in English and local languages, plus 5+ years in relationship management or business development, are required.

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic partners in Switzerland (e.g. ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce and technology partners).
• Acting as their primary commercial contact and trusted day-to-day relationship manager, building long-term, trusted relationships.
• Drive partner activation from signed agreement to sustainable commercial performance, ensuring that partners are fully onboarded, trained, sales-ready and actively bringing myPOS to market.
• Identify and unlock growth opportunities across the existing partner base, including new merchant segments, verticals, regions, sales channels, product adoption opportunities and cross-sell potential.
• Help partners define and execute effective go-to-market motions for myPOS, including reseller models, referral programmes, bundled offerings, merchant migration campaigns, vertical-specific propositions and joint customer-acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing on co-marketing campaigns, partner communications, case studies, events, webinars, lead-generation initiatives and sales collateral that help partners acquire merchants.
• Monitor local market trends, partner performance, and competitive landscape.

About the role

As we move into our next phase of growth, we’re on the lookout for Partner Relationships Managers to build, develop and scale high-performing partnerships across our key markets in Europe.

In this role, you will be the commercial owner and trusted relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic partners, helping them turn the myPOS proposition into sustainable merchant acquisition, transaction volume and revenue growth, and act as a key link between local stakeholders and central teams.

This position owns partnerships inSwitzerland, requiring a strong understanding of local partner ecosystems and go-to-market models.
