Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern invites applications for a Fine Dining Service Trainee at Colonnade from March 2027. You will support a two Michelin-starred dining team, delivering attentive, personalized service in a luxury environment.

We seek enthusiastic individuals with strong communication, team spirit and a passion for hospitality. English fluency is essential; German is a plus. Training and progression opportunities are offered within a globally renowned luxury group.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams for seamless service.
