Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies.
• Experience in accounts receivable and revenue operations on full estimate-to-cash cycles.
• Construction/roofing/field services project-based environment experience.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with construction platforms.
• Experience with insurance billing, including insurance estimates and supplements; Xactimate is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end revenue operations from invoicing to collections on active projects.
• Review invoices against contracts and insurance estimates for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with project teams and customers.
• Communicate with homeowners, commercial clients, insurers, and subcontractors about invoices and payments.
• Lead collections and support healthy cash flow through timely follow-ups.
• Support revenue reporting, job costing, and project-level financial analysis.
