Union Bancaire Privée in Geneva seeks a temporary Fees Analyst for a six-month assignment within Operations. The role supports the Front Office with fee inquiries and collaborates with Asset & Wealth Management across divisions.

You will create and maintain base fee schedules, set up fee exceptions, assist with quarterly billing and repricing initiatives, and provide daily internal client support.

Fluency in French and English, strong Excel, and familiarity with VBA/Python/R are desirable.

• Create, amend and maintain base fees schedules group wise.
• Set-up and manage clients' fees exceptions.
• Set-up, amend and manage brokers and internal counterparty fees exceptions.
• Follow up on outstanding fee setups and requests.
• Provide daily support to internal clients including Front Office and Finance.
• Prepare and manage quarterly fees billing and exceptions.
• Contribute to repricing initiatives and fee opportunities.
• Collaborate on other projects impacting the Fees team.
