• Support the Internal Communications Manager in developing and executing the internal communications plan and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, proofread and publish internal news and campaigns in English and French.
• Coordinate and send the daily internal newsletter with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as back-up for internal communications tasks when needed.
• Maintain and update the intranet and employee resources.
