The ideal candidate is proactive, well‑organised, and fluent in English and French, with strong writing skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. A degree in communications is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in internal/corporate communications or related role
• Degree in Communications, Business Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with Outlook, MS Office, intranet CMS, SurveyMonkey and Monday.com
• Good understanding of financial industry and discretion
• Analytical mindset to measure effectiveness of communication initiatives
• Proactive, collaborative and service‑oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across the organisation

Aufgaben

• Support the Internal Communications Manager in developing and executing the internal communications plan and related initiatives
• Draft, edit, proofread and publish internal news, announcements, and campaigns in English and French
• Prepare, coordinate and send the daily internal newsletter
• Act as back‑up for preparation and distribution of internal communications
• Maintain and update the intranet content including resources and calendar of events
• Draft internal surveys and help analyze results to improve engagement
• Contribute to internal magazine content planning and coordination with contributors
• Support preparation of communication materials for events, townhalls and campaigns
• Monitor channels to ensure clear, timely messages aligned with the tone of voice
