Hitachi Energy is seeking a Training & Development Specialist for the Bushing Factory in Zürich-Altstetten to shape the future of energy through learning and development. You will support line managers on skills management, identify training needs and develop local training plans, and coordinate onboarding for new employees in collaboration with HR and managers.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in HR, Pedagogy, Psychology or Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in training, skills/competency management or Learning & Development.
• Experience delivering training/workshops in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and update local skill sets aligned with the framework.
• Identify training needs and develop local training plans.
• Integrate global and regional training initiatives into local curricula.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Conduct trainings and support internal trainers for on-the-job training.
