Job summary

Haleon plc. in Nyon is seeking a Process Engineer Intern to join the Manufacturing or Packaging team for a 6-month placement (Feb 2027–Jul 2027).

You will support OEE and process-improvement projects while learning about production systems in a world-class consumer health company. As an engineering student, you will analyze data, define issues, and help implement improvements in collaboration with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering student in a related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering).
• Interest in production systems and data analysis.
• Able to structure problems and translate findings into recommendations.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Able to contribute to structured improvement work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support OEE and process-improvement projects.
• Understand assigned equipment and processes.
• Define issues and analyze process data.
• Identify and evaluate improvement solutions.
• Support implementation with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance and finance teams; monitor results.
• Communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders.
