Haleon invites a Facilities and Workplace Intern to join the Nyon site, supporting the Employee Experience team. The role focuses on defining occupancy standards, migrating to a new workplace management tool, and enhancing onboarding, offboarding, and site operations. You will collaborate across security, logistics and operations to improve processes.

The internship offers hands-on experience in workplace management, asset tracking, and event organization within a global consumer health leader.

• Pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Workplace Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with multiple tasks.

• Define, implement and maintain occupancy standards across all workplace areas, including open spaces, meeting rooms, cafeterias and shared spaces.
• Develop and communicate workplace standards to employees.
• Monitor compliance and performance of occupancy standards in collaboration with area owners.
• Lead the migration from the current workplace management solution to a new platform.
• Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Optimize truck-access processes; collaborate with security, logistics and operations teams.
• Drive the integration of infrastructure equipment within a platform and ensure asset data accuracy, maintenance planning and lifecycle management.
• Help to organize events and create communication standards.

We are currently looking for a Facilities and Workplace Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Employee Experience team.

Duration : 6 months

Your Role at Haleon:

Workplace & Occupancy - Deployment of workplace occupancy standards across the site.

• Define, implement and maintain occupancy standards across all workplace areas, including open spaces, meeting rooms, cafeterias and shared spaces.
• Develop and communicate workplace standards to employees.
• Monitor compliance and performance of occupancy standards in collaboration with area owners

Mobility Process Optimization - Successful migration to the new workplace management tool

• Lead the migration from the current workplace management solution to a new platform.

Employee Lifecycle Services - Improved onboarding and offboarding experience.

• Manage and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Site Operations & Logistics - Optimized truck-access process at the gatehouse.

• Optimize truck-access processes
• Collaborate with security, logistics and operational teams to streamline site access management.

Infrastructure & Asset Management - Full integration of infrastructure assets into InhubX

• Drive the integration of infrastructure equipment within a platform.
• Ensure accurate asset data, maintenance planning and lifecycle management.

Communication and event

• Help to organize events
• Create communication standards

What we expect from you:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Workplace Management, or a related field.
• Organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
