Job summary

Haleon plc. in Nyon is seeking a Process Engineer Intern to join the Manufacturing or Packaging team for a 6-month period. You will support OEE and process-improvement projects, understand equipment, analyze data, and help define and implement improvements with cross-functional teams.

We seek an engineering student with a strong interest in production systems, data analysis and problem solving. Excellent communication on shop-floor and across functions is required, with a willingness to learn

Qualifications

Engineering student in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Process Engineering fields.
Interest in production systems, process optimization and data analysis.
Ability to structure problems, work with data and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

Support OEE and process-improvement projects.
Understand assigned equipment and processes.
Define issues and analyze process data.
Identify and evaluate improvement solutions.
Support implementation in partnership with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance, finance and monitor results.
Communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders.
