CBRE Group, Inc. in Zug is seeking a Facility Supervisor to lead a facility management team and ensure top-tier service delivery across cleaning, maintenance, security and support services.

You will manage schedules, coordinate vendor relationships and monitor SLAs to align with client expectations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Facility Management certification, at least three years of customer service experience, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or Facility Management professional certification.
• Prior Customer Service experience required; minimum of three years of related progressive experience.
• Strong knowledge of the surrounding area and recreational, hospitality and business information preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Deliver best-in-class customer services and satisfaction across services (cleaning, pest control, mail, maintenance, catering, reception, security).
• Ensure SOWs and SLAs are followed, and manage relationships with T2 suppliers.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and schedules; cross-train staff.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications with landlords, employees and service providers.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance of equipment; design and oversee cleaning/disinfection schedules.
• Review work order data; present performance reports and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Conduct market research; evaluate new vendors and costs; manage facility expenses.
• Contribute to budget planning, cost savings, and variance analysis; participate in contract negotiations.
