CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Facility Supervisor to lead a facilities team in Zug, delivering services such as cleaning, reception, security, and related operations. You will manage daily activities, schedules, and training to ensure high customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or Facility Management certification, 3+ years of customer service experience, and fluent German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or Facility Management certification required.
• Minimum three years of progressive customer service experience.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Deliver best-in-class customer services across cleaning, pest control, mail, and reception.
• Ensure SLAs and SOWs are followed and maintained by the team.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Serve as point of contact between landlord, employees and service providers.
• Inspect equipment, arrange maintenance, and oversee cleaning schedules.
• Review reports, present performance updates to management, and identify improvements.
• Manage budgets, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead monthly/quarterly supplier meetings and consolidate monthly reports.
