Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Business Analyst to support public sector projects through requirements elicitation, process modeling and detailed documentation. You will collaborate with business units, project managers and IT teams to ensure efficient, transparent and sustainable processes.

You will analyze functional and technical requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive continuous improvement of systems and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced education in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or regulated organizations.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
• Certifications such as IREB or HERMES are a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of UML and practical experience with corresponding tools.
• Confident and routine use of Jira/Confluence.
• Strong interest in IT and the digitization of business processes.
• Excellent skills in writing user stories and defining interfaces.

Requirements

• Advanced education or further training in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
• Solid professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or in regulated organizations
• Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Certifications such as IREB or HERMES, or further training in Requirements Engineering & Business Analysis, are a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of UML and practical experience with corresponding tools
