Jobtailor is seeking a Business Analyst to support public sector projects through requirements elicitation, process modeling and detailed documentation. You will collaborate with business units, project managers and IT teams to ensure efficient, transparent and sustainable processes.

You will analyze functional and technical requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive continuous improvement of systems and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced education in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or regulated organizations.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
• Certifications such as IREB or HERMES are a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of UML and practical experience with corresponding tools.
• Confident and routine use of Jira/Confluence.
• Strong interest in IT and the digitization of business processes.
• Excellent skills in writing user stories and defining interfaces.

• Support projects from requirements elicitation and process modeling through to implementation for clients in the public sector.
• Work closely with business units, project managers, IT teams and other stakeholders.
• Analyze, gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure processes are designed to be efficient, transparent and sustainable.
• Assist in the further development of existing systems and procedures.
• Facilitate alignments and workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Identify optimization opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Operate at the intersection of organization, processes and technology.
