Jobtailor, based in Bern, Switzerland, seeks a senior business analyst to bridge business and IT. You will actively support customers, shape projects, and optimize processes while identifying IT needs and using standard modeling methods.

Lead workshops to capture and refine product requirements, influence roadmaps, and manage stakeholder expectations with a structured, analytical approach. Fluency in German and English is essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• University degree and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Solid expertise in business analysis and requirements engineering, with experience using UML and BPMN.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical approach to work with a strong understanding of business–IT relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Requirements

• A university degree (university, University of Applied Sciences/FH, or higher vocational college/HF) and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Solid expertise in business analysis and requirements engineering, with experience using common modeling and design tools (e.g., UML, BPMN); CPRE certification is a plus
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business–IT relationships and a structured, analytical approach to work
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
