Zusammenfassung

Luxoft is seeking a Business Analyst with Insurance or Financial background to shape and define business problems, elicit requirements, and deliver end-to-end analysis on programmes.

You will engage with sponsors and cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure solutions align with business needs while maintaining audit trails and value realization.

Qualifikationen

• Elicit, analyze, and document functional/non-functional requirements with full change audit trails.
• Shape cost-effective business cases, evaluate solution options, and track benefits realization.
• Ensure IT solutions meet business needs, pass acceptance testing, and follow governance and risk standards.
• Align sponsors, PMs, and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and drive project buy-in.
• Track, remediate, and escalate key risks/controls using governance platforms such as Archer.

• delivering the business analysis activities on projects and programmes
• integrity and alignment of the proposed and chosen solutions with business needs
• developing and professionalising themselves and the business analyst community
