UBP - Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a Senior Core Banking Business Analyst to drive IT transformation of the core banking platform. The role requires strong delivery experience, architectural alignment, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders in a banking environment.

The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years in banking, expertise in AI, and the ability to lead onshore/offshore teams, with fluency in French and English preferred.

Core Banking - Contractor IT Business Analyst with strong functional & technical skills on Core Banking activities ( including not only Batch Optimization, Accounting Transformation, Transactions processing)

As a member of the Core Banking team in the IT department, the successful candidate as Core Banking Business Analyst will partner with the business and IT stakeholders on projects related to core banking platform Transformation.

Main responsibilities

• Compliance with UBP architecture, procedures and standards
• Business Analysis and formalization of business needs related to any core banking topics in scope for the transformation project
• Definition and design of the solution along with SMEs and Service owners
• Submit for approval analysis and specifications to Users
• High level business requirements specification
• High level development workload estimation

• Strong IT delivery transformation experience

• Experience with core banking landscape in a bank or in software firm
