Job summary

Jua, based in Zurich, is building the next generation of Physical AI and is looking for an executive operator to join the leadership team. This role acts as a force multiplier across fundraising, product, and operations, with high leverage tasks and cross-functional impact.

The ideal candidate has hands-on startup experience in early-stage companies or as a founder, can move fast, and can align stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership experience in startups or as a founder.
• Ability to operate at high speed with fast decision cycles.
• Strong network and relationships relevant to Jua's industry.
• Willingness to travel frequently to UK, Nordics, US and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to solve high-leverage issues across product, marketing and operations.
• Attend and distill outcomes from investor meetings and partnerships into action.
• Set priorities and drive decisions into concrete actions.
• Create lightweight dashboards and rhythms to monitor evolving data.
