Laelaps AI in Zurich is seeking a Founder’s Associate to join the founding team and own GTM, operations, and high-leverage projects. You will define target segments, craft outreach, and shape the system architecture for your initiatives.

We value a generalist with commercial instinct, technical fluency, and the drive to own end-to-end efforts. You’ll work closely with PhD-level co-founders in AI, robotics, and physics in a small, international team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience with real responsibility in a fast-paced setting.
• Commercial instinct for B2B outreach in a German-speaking market.
• Comfort building tooling with AI coding agents and related systems.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once with high quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead GTM strategies, identify target segments, and shape the system architecture for outreach.
• Own ad-hoc projects (grants, investor updates, tenders) with autonomy and initiative.
• Collaborate with founders to push initiatives with maximum leverage each week.
