Adaptyv in Lausanne, Switzerland is hiring a Founders Associate to own and build the operational backbone as we scale. This high-ownership generalist role spans finance, operations, hiring, supplier relations, and lab logistics, turning ad hoc work into scalable systems and automations.

You'll move between tasks, solve ambiguous goals, and use Claude Code, Python, and other tools to design processes the company doesn’t yet have. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for entrepreneurial movers.

Formación

• Track record of getting things done, startup or project ownership.
• Excellent ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Entrepreneurial and self-directed.
• Strong with AI tools, especially Claude Code or Codex.
• Hands-on, organized, reliable, and proactive.
• You thrive in a dynamic role with changing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own complete operational workstreams end-to-end and be accountable for outcomes.
• Use AI tools to rebuild workflows into scalable systems.
• Onboard customers and support growing client base.
• Run finance and administrative operations with accountants and service providers.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation and follow‑through.
• Drive lab expansion logistics for Lausanne.
• Coordinate internal operations: events, visits, and day-to-day rhythm.
• Build lightweight tools and automations using Claude Code, Python, Notion, or no-code tools.
• Design processes and systems the company does not have yet.
