Qualifications

• Generalist with commercial instinct and technical affinity.
• Ability to own tasks end-to-end in a startup environment.
• Experience with AI agents and outreach in a B2B context.

Responsibilities

• Define ICPs, target lists, sourcing, and first touch.
• Develop agent-based workflows and AI tooling strategies.
• Monitor market signals, tenders, and grant deadlines.
• Create offers, one-pagers, and campaign materials for customers.
