You will shape payer evidence, pricing, and access plans to maximize patient access and asset value on a multinational scale.

The role requires 10+ years in Market Access, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record in launches and HTA strategy, with fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA/PhD/MD/Pharmacist) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of Market Access experience in pharma.
• Significant above-country, regional, or global Value & Access experience.
• Experience shaping asset strategy early in development and launch.
• Proven product launch experience including reimbursement and access planning.
• Experience leading global access strategies across healthcare systems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Lead the Immunology Value & Access organization with strategic global direction.
• Shape integrated product access strategies across R&D and Commercial.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Development, Biomedical Research, Regions to strengthen value propositions.
• Champion innovative access strategies to improve patient access and system value.
• Define payer evidence requirements and embed access in development plans.
• Develop global pricing and payer negotiation strategies with Launch Strategy and Pricing teams.
• Create access solutions, contracting approaches, and patient support programs.
• Ensure robust value evidence packages to support launches and lifecycle management.
• Drive market opportunities, mitigate reimbursement risks, and build capabilities.
• Attract, develop, and retain top Value & Access talent.
