Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master/PharmD/MD or equivalent in life sciences, health economics, healthcare, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in Market Access within pharma.
• Global or ex-US regional market access experience in complex international environments.
• Experience across drug development lifecycle including early asset development and launch prep.
• Proven expertise in market access, pricing, HEOR or related strategic access disciplines.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to influence matrix organizations.
• Proficient English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute integrated global market access strategies across R&D to commercialization.
• Shape payer value propositions and access evidence packages for patient access and asset value.
• Embed access strategies with international therapeutic area teams across product lifecycle.
• Develop innovative access solutions addressing payer, healthcare system, and patient needs.
• Co-create international pricing strategies and guide sustainable access and value realization.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Development, Commercial, Pricing, HEOR to strengthen access strategies.
• Lead payer negotiation strategies to support reimbursement outcomes.
• Design patient access solutions, contracting approaches, and managed entry agreements.
