As part of an exciting expansion of our International Value & Access organization, we are currently seeking two exceptional leaders to join our team as Executive Director, International Value & Access, Immunology. In this role, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of the Immunology Value & Access organization across the Research, Development, and Commercial continuum, ensuring that Novartis therapies achieve optimal patient access and sustainable value. Reporting to the Head Access Immunology International, you will partner closely with Commercial Launch Strategy teams, Medical Affairs, Development, Biomedical Research, Regions, and priority country teams to develop transformative access strategies that maximize the value of Novartis assets across diverse payer and healthcare environments. This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to influence evidence generation, pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies from early development through launch and lifecycle management, while strengthening Value & Access capabilities across the organization.
