Novartis is seeking an Executive Director, International Value & Access, Immunology, to lead the strategic and operational direction of the Immunology Value & Access organization across Research, Development, and Commercial continua. You will partner closely with Commercial Launch Strategy, Medical Affairs, Development, and Regions to maximize patient access and value across diverse payer environments.

The role emphasizes shaping evidence generation, pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree required (MBA/PhD/MD or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical market access.
• Significant global or regional value & access experience.
• Experience influencing asset strategy early in development lifecycle.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Immunology Value & Access organization with strategic direction globally.
• Shape integrated product access strategies across R&D, Clinical, and Commercial.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Development, and Regions to strengthen value propositions.
• Define payer evidence requirements and ensure access plans are embedded in development.
• Develop global pricing & payer negotiation strategies.
• Create innovative access solutions and patient support programs.
• Ensure robust value evidence for launches and lifecycle management.
