Job summary

Syngenta Group is seeking an Experienced Chauffeur/Executive Driver to provide top-tier driving services for the CEO, senior leaders, and VIP guests. You will plan routes, maintain discretion, and support accompanying logistics from airport transfers to hotel arrangements.

The role requires 4–5 years in executive driving, fluency in German and English, and a valid driving license. You will also coordinate with reception/security and assist with facilities tasks when vehicles are idle.

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience as an Executive Driver or similar service/security role.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
Valid Category B license; Category 121 a plus.
Proven experience with senior executives or VIP guests.

Responsibilities

Drive for the CEO, senior leadership, and VIP guests within Switzerland and on borders as needed.
Ensure safe, discreet, and professional driving; manage routes and schedules.
Coordinate with reception/security for guest logistics and courtesies.
Maintain the company vehicle (care, cleaning, fuel/charging) and arrange servicing.
Assist Facilities Management during driving downtimes and support archiving/projects.
