Job summary

Ecolint, Campus des Nations in Geneva, seeks an Exam Officer and Deputy Technical / Data Specialist. The role leads exam coordination across the Secondary School and supports data management and tech logistics for ISAMS, ManageBac, CEM, Kognity, and Learner Passport.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in administration, experience with exam regulations, and strong software skills. Flexible hours apply during peak exam periods; this is a 1-year fixed-term contract with a baseline 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of administrative experience.
Experience organizing school examinations per official regulations.
Comfort with technical and administrative software tools.
IB experience is an asset.
Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

Lead overall exam coordination and administration across the Secondary School.
Submit entries for external examinations to awarding bodies well in advance of deadlines.
Manage exam logistics, room allocations, materials, and safe custody of examination stationery.
Hire and coordinate invigilators with HR.
Oversee digital assessments coordination and compile/analyze results data.
Serve as primary contact for administrators, staff, parents and examination boards.
