Job summary

Ecolint's Campus des Nations seeks a Technical / Data Specialist and Deputy Exam Officer for its Secondary School. The role combines database management with exam logistics, supporting staff and external bodies.

The part-time position (30 hours/week, 40 weeks/year) starts Feb 1, 2027 and requires strong ICT skills, bilingual French/English, and IB school experience. A 1-year contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Higher school / Technical diploma in a relevant field.
• 2 to 4 years of work experience as an administrative or technical assistant.
• Strong ICT skills and comfort with academic/administrative software.
• Experience in supporting budget management and accounting.
• Previous experience in an IB school is a distinct asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic databases (ISAMS, ManageBac, CEM, Kognity).
• Act as Administrator for the Learner Passport system.
• Manage academic reporting: set up reporting systems, monitor, and archive assessment data.
• Manage student academic records, reporting, and baseline testing (CEM).
• Support Heads of Department (HODs) with student subject changes and subject rotations.
• Assist the Guidance Department with the preparation of student transcripts, certificates, and academic records.
• Support the Exam Officer with overall exam coordination and administration.
• Submit entries for external examinations to awarding bodies in advance of deadlines.
• Organize examination materials, rooming, safe custody, and stationery.
• Coordinate digital assessments and compile results data.
• Ensure clear communication with administrators, personnel, parents, and external bodies.
