HSBC in Switzerland is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for EAM and MFO clients. You will drive growth by expanding AUM, sourcing net new money, and delivering HSBC solutions across product platforms. Lead client relationships with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with product specialists, originate opportunities, and supervise performance against revenue and client service targets within a high-performance environment.

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of relationship management in private banking with EAM/MFO clients.
• Proven track record of growing assets, revenue and client base.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills in a high-performance environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for direct client engagement.
• Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis to support decisions.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and market practices.
• Experience building internal networks to deliver client outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Grow revenues and assets by increasing AUM and inflows of net new money.
• Drive revenue, product alignment, client satisfaction and cost efficiency.
• Originate new opportunities through referrals and your network in EAM/MFO segments.
• Provide full-service banking solutions, including credit and HSBC product capabilities.
• Increase share of wallet by collaborating with product specialists to meet client needs.
• Manage risk and regulatory compliance, timely closure of audit points.
