You will manage EXAM relationships, develop solutions, and provide research and investment ideas while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations; you will coordinate client meetings and respond promptly to inquiries, maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance.
• 5–10 years of relevant Private Banking experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong work ethics, integrity and high accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English; other languages are an advantage.

Your Role

As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) within the External Asset Manager Business Unit at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you play a key role in maintaining and developing existing External Asset Manager (EXAM) relationships in Basel and provide high-level service to the Bank's clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop existing EXAM relationships while driving new business
• Develop solutions and processes that meet the expectations and objectives of the EXAMs
• Provide research and investment solutions
• Promote services offered by the Bank
• Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
• Prepare client meetings and events
• Respond to clients enquiries by email or phone
• Control, execute and monitor client's instructions (payments, stock exchange, change of static data, etc.)
• Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments
• Monitor administrative issues

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Private Banking
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and work with various stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English, other languages are an advantage
