Zusammenfassung

Weezevent in Switzerland is seeking a Client Success professional to grow our client base and support events from discovery to deployment. You will help sell and implement Weezevent solutions, train clients on ticketing and access control, and provide on-site support during events.

The role requires coordinating with Client Success Leads, handling inquiries, and delivering post-event analyses to improve retention and satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Initial experience in the events industry.
• Fluent German/Swiss German and English, both written and spoken.
• Very good French language skills.

Aufgaben

• Work with the Client Success Leads to increase awareness and support the growth of Weezevent in Switzerland.
• Take responsibility for selling and implementing Weezevent solutions for clients.
• Train clients on online ticketing, access control, on-site sales, and cashless systems.
• Respond to inquiries from event organizers.
• Advise clients and foster customer retention.
• Prepare solution deployments for events.
• Accompany and support clients on-site.
• Prepare reports and conduct post-event reviews.
• Perform post-event analyses.
• Support teams on-site during large-scale operations.
