Swibeco SA in Zurich is seeking a Client Success Intern to strengthen client relationships and support Swiss customers. You will onboard new clients, provide ongoing guidance, and work with Sales and HR teams to promote Swibeco’s benefits platform, gaining hands-on experience in client success and business development.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.
• Prior internship in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English and German; Swiss German a plus; additional languages appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Client Onboarding: initiate contact and support new clients with Business Development teamwork.
• Client Support & Engagement: guide clients through Swibeco offerings with training and ongoing support.
• Sales & Relationship Management: build relationships with HR leaders in Swiss companies and implement solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate client needs into innovative solutions with internal teams.
• Client Feedback & Improvement: collect feedback and continuously improve services to boost loyalty.
