Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.
• Prior internship in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English and German; Swiss German a plus; additional languages appreciated.

Aufgaben

• Client Onboarding: initiate contact and support new clients with Business Development teamwork.
• Client Support & Engagement: guide clients through Swibeco offerings with training and ongoing support.
• Sales & Relationship Management: build relationships with HR leaders in Swiss companies and implement solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: translate client needs into innovative solutions with internal teams.
• Client Feedback & Improvement: collect feedback and continuously improve services to boost loyalty.
