Hyatt Regency Zürich Airport is seeking an experienced Event Planning professional to lead planning and execution in our Convention Center. You will develop tailored concepts, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams for flawless events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hotel event planning, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Fluent English is required; German is highly preferred, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

Your main tasks & responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events within the hotel's Convention Center.
• Developing tailored event concepts, including budgets and project timelines.
• Conducting site inspections and providing dedicated client support throughout the planning process.
• Coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Collaborating with external vendors and negotiating contracts and service agreements.
• Monitoring event budgets and preparing performance reports and analyses.
• Taking responsibility for delivering an exceptional guest experience at every event.

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Event Planning Executive or already in the position of Event Planning Manager in a hotel environment.
• Experience managing the full event planning lifecycle, from concept development and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creativity and the ability to develop and implement innovative event concepts.
• German language proficiency is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
